Architect Julie Anne Grace De Guzman is a Licensed and Registered Architect of 1st Topnotch Construction. She passed the Architecture Licensure Examination in January 2016. She graduated at Bulacan State University in April 2014. She has a strong passion for architecture and built a solid foundation from her university.

Her apprenticeship started in 2014 until 2016 as a requirement of PRC (Professional Regulation Commission) before taking the exam. She served as a Junior Architect in a company with renowned Architect in Bulacan now he is serving as a Vice President of AREA A of UAP. Prior to that, her first experience, was in a Landscaping Firm as a Junior Architect and a Project Coordinator and it lasted more than a year.

In counting, Julie has more than 6 years of experience of being architect. She worked in different field like in interior fit-out in a foreign company as Head Design Manager in the Philippines and also in other country as an Architect / Interior designer in March 2016 to October 2018.

Julie served on her organization FY 2021-2022 BOD (Board of Director) in CIA (Committee in Internal Affairs) as a member in UAP BARASOAIN CHAPTER. Julie continues serving and working as an Architect, she gains more experience and handled commercial and residential project in a private company.

For her, the best thing that happened in her life was designing other people’s houses and treasure the trust that they gave.
